Community Parking Regulations

Please observe all posted parking rules to ensure fire safety access and clear assigned spaces.

• Resident Barcodes & Decals: All resident vehicles must display an authorized Manors XI decal or barcode registered with the security office.
• Assigned Spaces: Park only in your designated numbered spot. Unauthorized parking in assigned bays is subject to immediate towing.
• Visitor Parking: Visitors must park in designated guest bays and obtain a temporary pass from the 24-hr security gatehouse for overnight stays.
• Prohibited Vehicles: Commercial trucks, flatbeds, boats, and RVs are prohibited without prior written board authorization.
• Towing Warning: Vehicles with expired tags, flat tires, or parked on yellow curbs/fire hydrants will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.
